Guess who placed 2nd for the Best Big Cities to Live In? Seattle! Virginia Beach, VA placed first with a total score of 63.41 and Seattle was not far behind with a score of 62.58. At the bottom of the list included Memphis, TN, and Detroit, MI with scores as low as 35.53.
