Seattle Times recently reported that the U.S. home sales has reached its highest point since May 2010. New blood is pushing the numbers up as 33% of the single family home purchases last month were by first time home buyers. With the demand side of the equation increasing, the supply side is slowing down to the lowest level of inventory on the market since March 2005. To sum it up, the housing market will be experiencing a simple economic phenomenon and home prices will be rising!
