The secret of Seattle is out, Bay Area tech employees are realizing they can live in beautiful Seattle for less than San Francisco without losing the coveted lifestyle. We may be bias but the lifestyle in Seattle is not left wanting.
Based on new studies from Zillow and LinkedIn, "Tech workers on average in Seattle keeps nearly 55 percent of their paycheck, or $5,500, after paying rent. Bay Area tech workers generally make more but have only 35 percent, or nearly $4,000, left over after paying rent."
