As a Managing Broker, and the Director of Operations for Butler & Butler and VDB | Compass, Roberta oversees operations and contracts, handling everything from client development and project management to listing supervision and transactional administration. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident through every stage, from the initial consultation to the final closing. With a background that combines a BSBA in finance, creative writing and interior design talents, and ownership of a staging company, plus fifteen years’ experience as a licensed broker, Roberta skillfully integrates the analytical and artistic elements of real estate. Her expertise has proven to be an invaluable asset to Bret, Mark, and their clients.

Roberta grew up in Texas and lived in Kansas City before moving to the PNW, where she has called the Eastside home since 2000. Besides exploring the local landscape, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, long distance running, and working on home improvement projects. She is also the caretaker of Harper, a beloved, happy and energetic Golden Retriever who welcomes all to the Compass Totem Lake Village office.
