Before launching his real estate career, Bret earned a scholarship to the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a degree in Communications. As a starting pitcher for the Trojan baseball team, awarded for his excellence in academics and athletics and named to the Pac-10 All-Academic Team, Bret developed the discipline and competitive drive that continue to define his success today. 

After graduation, Bret began his professional career in wholesale finance in Las Vegas, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, ranking in the top 1% nationally among Business Managers and earning the Platinum Producer Sales Excellence Award with one of the nation’s largest lending institutions.

Today, Bret resides in Woodinville’s Bear Creek with his wife and business partner, Lisa, and their two children. A lifelong Eastside resident, Bret remains deeply committed to his community. He and Lisa dedicate much of their time to supporting local organizations, continuing their shared mission to make a positive impact where they live and work.
