In addition to his local market expertise, Brandon has a strong grasp of macroeconomic trends- from stock markets to Federal Reserve policy- and their impact on real estate. His knowledge helps clients maximize ROI and make well-informed decisions. Brandon's clientele includes high-profile individuals who value his discretion, patience, and thoughtful approach- qualities he has refined and continuously developed throughout his career. Armed with a Construction Management degree from the University of Washington, Brandon previously worked as a project engineer on the $47M renovation of the Nakamura Courthouse in downtown Seattle. Having lived on both sides of Lake Washington, he knows the area's markets deeply understanding their seasonality and where true value lies.
Outside of Work, Brandon is committed to fitness, enjoys golf, spending time outdoors, and is an avid supporter of UW football. He lives with his wife, their two young sons, and their two beloved pups.
