Q2 EASTSIDE MARKET REVIEW REPORT
The Eastside housing market outperformed expectations as well as other markets around the region. Property sales have almost totaled $5 billion just in the first half of the year, which is a 17% increase and doubling the year's first quarter output.
Sales volumes are up while the average days on market are down, which is leading to records across the board.
