Seattle Real Estate Season Has Begun!

WELCOME TO THE SEATTLE REAL ESTATE WORLD!

The season is finally upon us and after the normal winter break, we are warming up into the Spring season. 

"King County’s median single-family home price was $560,000 in February, up 6.7 percent from January — the biggest one-month jump in home prices since early 2015," as explained in the Seattle Times article "Seattle and Eastside home prices, after brief slowdown, surge to record highs" by Mike Rosenberg. 

Not only are the suburbs showing a healthy increase but the city of Seattle as well. Price records are being set throughout the city and Eastside counties. The number of listings have decreased due to "lightning-quick sales" and a decrease in Seattleites selling their homes due to low inventory.
