Homes in Seattle Sell Faster than in Almost Every Other U.S. City
CNBC.com just reported the cities in the US where homes are selling the fastest and they had some great news for the Northwest. Seattle was ranked second right along side San Jose, CA with a median of 73 days on the market, and followed the first place city, San Francisco, CA. The Seattle P.I. followed up on the story and requested a report for the neighborhood ranking in the city of Seattle. Phinney Ridge won the grand prize with a median of only 53 days on the market.
